Strategic Account Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Build, sustain and expand strategic customer relationships
  • Develop individual action plans for our customers based on the customer’s business objectives.
  • Keep our customers up to date on potential Software Upgrades
  • Ensure an extraordinary customer experience in liaison with our Client Success Management Team
  • Expand your existing client base through upgrades and extentions
  • Accurately report relevant KPI’s and manage customer data in our CRM-System on a day-to-day basis
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success Management, Product Management und Professional Services Teams to drive retention and to broaden our customer base

 
Required skills & experience
 

  • 3+ years experience in Account Management or Client Success Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS solutions business.
  • Experience in working with C-Level decision makers is a plus.
  • Customer orientation as well as a positive and solution-oriented work attitude.
  • Experienced user of CRM-Software
  • Scrappy, tenacious, team-oriented, result-driven and winning attitude
  • Knowledge of the French Search & SEO scene in addition to UK-market is also preferred
  • Highly skilled communicator in English, French language skills are a plus
