Customer Success Manager UK - Partner Management (m/f)


We guide modern marketers to confidently invest in earned media with the knowledge and expertise they need to create an effective growth strategy.  The pathfinding Searchmetrics Search Experience and Searchmetrics Content Experience platforms use deep learning insights to guide companies through discovery, optimization and measurement of engaging storytelling online.  Searchmetrics is the place marketing executives turn to in order to understand where the intersections of SEO and content marketing can create revenue and elevate their brands.


  • As the primary point of contact for our UK customers you'll manage the day-to-day customer relationships providing a first-class client experience to our partner agencies
  • Develop a relationship with customers to identify and align clients search goals and define success metrics with the value and functionality of Searchmetrics
  • Organize and conduct on-boarding and training calls, ongoing keyword research, on-page optimization and URL recommendations
  • Conduct on-going account meetings to communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded functionality usage - use case examples to leverage new product features functionality
  • Monitor and report on customer usage and success to internal Searchmetrics teams
  • Ensure that all customers derive maximum value from their investment in Searchmetrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the search marketing industry and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

Required skills & experience:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in an account or relationship management role
  • Academic degree or comparable background
  • 1-2 years hands on SEO experience preferably in an advertising agency
  • Penguin, Panda, Hummingbird and Mobilegeddon mean something to you
  • Experience using website analytics software such as Web trends, Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics
  • Understanding of internal processes and business operations for successful internet marketing strategies (landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, mobile, paid, global search and additional digital asset management)
  • Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating executive workshops and programs
  • Ability to work from a CRM
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French in addition is a plus
