Responsibilities:
 

  • As the primary point of contact for our DACH, BeNeLux and Nordic customers you'll manage the day-to-day customer relationships providing a first-class client experience to some of the world's largest companies
  • Develop a relationship with customers to identify and align clients search goals and define success metrics with the value and functionality of Searchmetrics
  • Organize and conduct on-boarding and training calls, monthly calls, QBRs and exit interviews with our clients
  • Conduct on-going account meetings to communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded functionality usage - use case examples to leverage new product features functionality
  • Monitor and report on customer usage and success to internal Searchmetrics teams
  • Ensure that all customers derive maximum value from their investment in Searchmetrics through acting as a project manager for client at Searchmetrics with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the search marketing industry and collaborate with sales, Marketing, Development and Digital Strategy teams to ensure growth attainment

Required skills & experience:
 

  • At least 2+ years experience in an account or relationship management role
  • 1-2 years hands on SEO experience
  • Academic degree or comparable background
  • Penguin, Panda, Hummingbird and Mobilegeddon mean something to you
  • Experience using website analytics software such as Web trends, Adobe Analytics Coremetrics, Google Analytics
  • Understanding of internal processes and business operations for successful internet marketing strategies (landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, mobile, paid, global search and additional digital asset management)
  • Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating executive workshops and programs
  • Ability to work from a CRM
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German are a must have
